Job summary

RPM SPG is seeking a production compliance associate to handle batch production duties and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes wastewater and storm water management, hazardous waste handling, and strict adherence to safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of two years' field experience. The job involves physical work, including lifting up to 75 lbs, and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Production Supervisors, Process Technicians, and others to ensure safe handling of equipment and chemical intermediates in production.
• Comply with HMIS, SDSs, HAZCOM, General Safety, HAZWASTE, LO/TO, PSM, PPE protocols and housekeeping.
• Manage wastewater: monitor volumes, load outbound trailers, sample tanks, perform neutralization when needed, and document with weight tickets.
• Manage storm water: monitor containment, discharge responsibly, sample and log results, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas and ensure satellite/accumulation areas meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain hazardous waste satellite/accumulation areas with proper disposal and documenting checklists.
