RPM SPG in Missouri is seeking a Process Technician to support batch and process manufacturing, inventory control, compliance, and packaging in a fast-paced production setting.

The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, 2+ years of related experience, and strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment. You will work with Supervisors, Utility, and other Technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or higher required.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when required.

Responsabilités

• Perform batch and process manufacturing duties.
• Assist with packaging and material handling.
• Maintain inventory through cycle counts and record keeping.
• Support compliance calendar, worklist, and management-directed tasks.
• Assist in development and improvement of processes and safety programs.
