Dow Inc. is seeking an Operator for its Sabine River Operations in Orange, Texas. You will operate plant equipment, monitor processes, and work with the shift team to ensure safe, reliable, and optimal plant performance.

You will participate in emergency response, uphold operating discipline, and mentor newer staff while handling routine and unplanned tasks. The role requires a 12-hour shift schedule and the ability to work overtime, including holidays and weekends.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in an Operations role within a Chemical Manufacturing environment, or 3+ years of military experience.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shift schedule and overtime, including holidays and weekends.
• Must have valid US driver's license and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Follow operating discipline policies to ensure safe, reliable operation of assigned plant areas.
• Operate process equipment by monitoring conditions and control systems; adjust to meet plant goals.
• Serve on-site Emergency Response Team and complete required training.
• Mentor and train operations personnel on process operation and troubleshooting.
