Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate process equipment and monitor conditions to maintain safe, reliable plant performance.
• Work with shift team to anticipate and resolve unplanned events and escalate when needed.
• Maintain awareness of safety requirements and participate in emergency response team training and drills.
• Mentor and train peers on operation discipline and troubleshooting basics.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled tasks arising from plant operations, including severe weather responses.
