Job summary

Quaker Houghton is seeking a production operator to work on a 2-2-3 shift (evening 6:00 PM–6:30 AM). You will operate production equipment, prepare vessels and hoses, inspect containers, and ensure proper labeling, packaging, and shipment of finished goods.

You will also maintain batch records, assist with inventory, and support shipping activities while adhering to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry level for a new production employee with 0-1 year of experience.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret batch sheets, SOPs and work instructions.
• Strong teamwork, reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment per training to ensure safety and quality.
• Load/unload materials, label, palletize and ship per orders.
• Maintain batch documentation and track yields.
• Assist in inventory tracking and shipping duties.
• Follow safety policies and report spills and leaks.
