Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months experience as a chemical operator or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely operate an industrial forklift required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office required; prior MRP or ERP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate, handle, and maintain production equipment safely while achieving production and quality standards.
• Control continuous and batch processes; manual and automated operation per SOPs.
• Record operating data and paperwork accurately, including process conditions, test results, instrument readings, and shipping/receiving sheets.
• Provide routine minor maintenance to process equipment and instrumentation; ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Comply with environmental, safety, and health regulations and maintain housekeeping standards.
