Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services in Sparks, GA is seeking Chemical Operators for a hands-on manufacturing role involving loading raw materials, operating equipment, and supporting batch processes. Responsibilities

  • Load raw materials into vessels and perform milling and blending.
  • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-moving equipment.
  • Fill drums and sacks with finished chemical products.
  • Complete daily production documentation accurately.
  • Identify and report safety concerns promptly.
  • Support team members with chemical process operations.
  • Maintain housekeeping and follow safety protocols.

Job description

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr (+$2.00/hr shift differential for night shifts)

Schedule: Rotating 2/2/3 shift schedule (12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Location: Sparks, GA 31647

This hands‑on manufacturing role involves working with raw materials, operating equipment, and supporting production processes in a fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Do
  • Load raw materials into vessels and perform milling and blending in batch plants.
  • Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and other material-moving equipment.
  • Fill drums and sacks with finished chemical products.
  • Complete daily production documentation accurately.
  • Identify and report safety concerns promptly.
  • Support team members with chemical process operations and other tasks as needed.
  • Maintain excellent housekeeping standards and follow all safety protocols.
Physical Requirements
  • Wear a respirator and hearing protection (PPE provided).
  • Stand for long periods and work in areas requiring protective gear.
