Job summary

Qualifications

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator Technician to support manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a mechanically inclined, self-motivated operator with strong troubleshooting skills who is interested in long-term growth and potential full-time conversion at a higher pay rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines, including calibration and cleaning
• Control, monitor, and adjust machine settings
• Feed raw materials into production machines
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process issues during the shift
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products
• Accurately record approved and defective units
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous machine operator experience with strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
