Job Summary

We are hiring a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator I for a contract, full-time opportunity in Bapchule, AZ 85121. This role supports a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment where accuracy, safety, teamwork, and reliable material movement are essential to daily operations.

This is a strong opportunity for candidates with forklift experience who want consistent Monday-Friday hours, competitive hourly pay, and the chance to build experience in a large industrial production setting. The work environment is active, team-oriented, and safety-driven, with clear expectations, supportive onsite leadership, and training for site-specific forklift certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, vehicles, pallets, crates, and totes while following safe handling procedures.
• Move products, equipment, and materials to designated warehouse, production, and storage locations.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment, including completing daily inspections and basic equipment care.
• Check loads for accuracy, inspect products and materials for quality, and maintain accurate warehouse records.
• Use computers, tablets, and RF scanners for communication, data entry, inventory activity, and required training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while completing assigned tasks within required timeframes.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.
• 1st Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, $20.00 per hour.
• 2nd Shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, $21.00 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday.
• Job Type: Contract/Temporary with consistent full-time hours.
• Location: Bapchule, AZ.
