Axalta in High Point, NC is seeking a Production Technician (Chemical Mixing) for the 2nd and 3rd shifts to operate and blend ingredients, following batch cards to meet production targets. You will train on the 1st shift and then move to 2nd shift. Candidates must pass a background check and drug screen.

Requirements include at least 1 year of plant/manufacturing experience; experience with chemicals is a big plus. Forklift experience is a plus, but training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a Plant or Manufacturing environment.
• Chemicals experience is a huge plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up, operate, or tend machines to mix or blend ingredients according to batch cards.
• Regulate machines and ingredients to meet production/inventory targets.
• Maintain highest level of quality at all times.
• Collect samples from batch for laboratory testing.
• Clean machine and workstation after each job.
