Job summary

Aerotek is hiring a General Laborer - Chemical Mixing for the 3rd shift in McDonough, GA. You will mix various chemicals according to established formulas, handle hazardous materials with proper PPE, and follow detailed safety and mixing procedures to support consistent production.

This contract role requires flexibility for a Sunday-Thursday night schedule (approximately 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Training provided; opportunities for growth in industrial manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in chemical mixing in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely handle hazardous chemicals while complying with safety procedures.
• Strict adherence to PPE requirements and comfort wearing protective equipment for extended periods.
• Capability to follow detailed production formulas and written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Mix chemicals per approved production formulas and instructions.
• Handle hazardous chemicals safely following safety procedures.
• Wear and maintain required PPE at all times.
• Adhere to production and mixing guidelines for accurate measurements and quality.
• Follow safety procedures for storage, labeling and handling of chemicals.
