Job summary

Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies unit is hiring a Chemical Mixing Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7:30am) with a $2 shift differential. You will safely operate production equipment, follow batch tickets, and set up equipment per specifications in a manufacturing environment in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of manufacturing training requirements.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
• Certified in operation of PITs where applicable.
• Demonstrates a professional, team-player attitude toward work and co-workers.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
• Follow Batch Tickets.
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.

The salary for this role is $25.00 - $27.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
