Job summary

Henkel Corporation is seeking a Chemical Mixing Operator for the 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday, 11pm–7:30am) in the Adhesive Technologies unit. You will safely operate production equipment, follow batch tickets, and monitor output quality while maintaining daily production records.

The role requires hands-on equipment setup, strict safety adherence, and daily cleaning duties as part of a continuous production environment. A $1,000 sign-on bonus and a $2.00 shift differential are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment in a chemical environment.
• Able to follow batch tickets and adjust equipment per specifications.
• Maintain daily production records and follow safety procedures.

• Follows batch tickets and adjusts equipment to manufacturing specs.
• Monitors output quality and discards faulty products as needed.
• Maintains accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Cleans tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls and related areas daily.

What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Follow Batch Tickets
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.
