Henkel is seeking a Bottle and Packaging Operations Manager in Cleveland, OH for the 2nd shift. The role involves operating production equipment, following batch tickets, adjusting equipment to spec, and ensuring product quality with meticulous record-keeping.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completion of relevant manufacturing training requirements.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
• Certified in operation of PITs where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Operate machines and production equipment safely according to instructions.
• Follow Batch Tickets and adjust equipment per specifications.
• Monitor output quality and discard faulty products.
• Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis.
• Clean tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors and equipment as assigned by shift lead or supervisor.

2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 3pm-11:30pm | Shift Differential: $1.50

What you´ll do

• Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
• Follow Batch Tickets
• Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
• Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
• Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
• Cleaning of tanks, valves, hoses, machines, vessels, floors, walls, ceilings and all other areas or equipment as assigned by the shift lead or supervisor(s) is a daily expectation of all chemical mixing operators.

What makes you a good fit

• High school graduate or GED
• Completion of any relevant manufacturing training requirements.
• Completion of operations and safety training matrix and schedule.
• Certified in operation of PITs where applicable.
• Demonstrates a professional, team-player attitude toward work and co-workers.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
