Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a CNC Machinist for the DeLand, Florida facility. The role is on-site and involves setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components per engineering drawings and production schedules.

You will inspect parts with precision metrology tools to ensure quality and participate in continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to boost safety, quality, and productivity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and experience operating CNC machining equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, indicators, and gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment to manufacture parts in accordance with engineering drawings, specifications, and production schedules.
• Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to verify quality requirements and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Support continuous improvement, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
