Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a Performance Food Group company, seeks a field service professional to manage accounts in a defined geographic area and train customers on beverage and chemical equipment. You will install, test, and service equipment, working with customers, sales staff, and vendors to determine best solutions.

You will provide face-to-face service at customer sites, schedule installations, and support a rotating Monday–Friday schedule with some evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required.
• 1–2 years equipment sales and/or maintenance within foodservice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts in geographical area and provide assistance and training.
• Maintain proper functioning of beverage and chemical equipment.
• Install and test equipment.
• Assist customers and sales staff in selecting best equipment or products.
• Provide face-to-face customer service in various situations.
• Drive to customer sites to assist in correcting problems.
• Prepare schedules for service or installation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
