Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Field Technician Supervisor to lead teams in chemical cleaning and unit decontamination at industrial facilities in Sulphur, LA. You will supervise crews, ensure safety, and coordinate with clients to complete projects on time.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, 2–4 years in related fieldwork, a valid driver's license, and ability to travel up to 25%. You must pass drug screening and OSHA safety requirements; employment is contingent on I-9

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of related experience required.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Valid TWIC card – if recently applied for it, a receipt will suffice for interview purposes.
• Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at Industrial Owner Facilities.
• Employment contingent upon identity and employment eligibility (Form I-9).

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff members and train new employees.
• Supervise staff performance and attendance.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and safety guidelines are followed.
• Load out jobs and inspect equipment before work.
• Complete time sheets and admin paperwork by deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
