USA DeBusk is seeking a Field Technician Supervisor - Chemical Cleaning to lead crews at industrial facilities in the Sulphur, LA area. You will manage field teams, ensure safe chemical cleaning and unit decontamination tasks, and coordinate with clients and site management.

The role requires 2–4 years in related work, 1–2 years supervisory experience, a valid Driver's License and TWIC, and readiness to travel up to 25%. Day or night shifts, extended hours, and on-call duties are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school a plus.
• 2–4 years related experience; 1–2 years supervisory.
• Valid Driver's License and TWIC card.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work shifts up to 12–16 hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop field crews for chemical cleaning and unit decontamination work.
• Supervise workplace performance, attendance, and safety compliance.
• Ensure equipment functionality and adherence to OSHA guidelines.
• Load out and coordinate equipment for job scopes safely.
• Inspect site and equipment before starting work; ensure proper paperwork.
• Communicate updates with clients and perform daily admin tasks.
