Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Chemical Cleaning Project Manager to lead safety, quality and success of assigned projects, serving as USAD representative to clients and guiding kickoff through lessons learned.

The role requires supervisory experience in chemical cleaning/refineries, strong communication, and the ability to travel. You will coordinate field crews, schedules, and budgets while promoting safety and reliability across refinery operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in chemical cleaning/refinery environments.
• Ability to travel frequently at short notice; passport recommended.
• Must have valid Driver’s License, TWIC Card.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience reading PIDs and PFDs.

Responsibilities

• Has overall responsibility for projects completed and the supporting team.
• Motivates customers and teammates through open communications and leadership.
• Reviews drawings, plans and procedures for anomalies and drives correction.
• Demonstrates commitment to safety and health excellence.
• Promotes open communications across departments and with external resources.
• Directs schedules and ensures full crew utilization.
