Summary/Objective

The Field Supervisor will lead crews in performing chemical cleaning and unit decontamination work to safely and effectively complete projects at industrial facilities.The Field Supervisor will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials, emergency response, and waste disposal.

Responsibilities

May include, but are not limited to, the following

• Supervise, coach, and develop staff members, assist in training all new employees in completion of expected job duties in accordance with all company and client policy.
• Supervise staff members’ workplace performance and attendance.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly, adhere to and enforce all safety OSHA guidelines, policy, and procedures.
• Must have specific knowledge of circulation and chemical injection pumps.
• Must have specific knowledge of Oil and Gas process equipment.
• Load out jobs, i.e., be familiar with all pieces of equipment necessary to complete the required job scope safely and effectively.
• Inspect all aspects of work from the jobsite to equipment before commencing work.
• Complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and all applicable safety paperwork.
• Communicate Updates with Clients.
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
• Wash and clean company equipment – Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
• General housekeeping – sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
• Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs – Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.
• Complete time sheets and all admin paperwork by required deadlines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be capable of passing a hair follicle and urine drug screen. (including randoms)
• High school diploma or equivalent. Technical School a plus
• 2 to 4 years of related experience required.
• 1 to 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Previous work experience at Industrial Owner Facilities
• Strong communication skills, both internally and externally
• Experience in chemical cleaning and unit decontamination field.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Valid TWIC card – if recently applied for it, a receipt will suffice for interview purposes.
• Ability to travel out of town up to 25% of the time and work at Industrial Owner Facilities.
• Perform Manual Labor to complete tasks associated with service lines performed by USA Debusk
• Be On Call 24/7, Flexible - willingness to work off shifts and weekends.
• Able to work shifts up to 12-16 hours (day or night), both indoors and outdoors in the sun, which requires being on your feet.
• Employment is contingent upon verification of identity and employment eligibility (Form I-9).

Physical Requirements

• Must be capable of regularly speaking and hearing while utilizing hands to control or manipulate objects.
• Must be capable of seeing close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be willing and capable of sitting, standing, walking, stooping, bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling or reaching above the shoulders.
• Must be willing and physically capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must be willing and capable of standing and/or walking continuously for long period of time.
• Must be able to make general decisions requiring judgement and perform activities requiring sustained concentration.
• Must be able to work extended hours and rotational schedules.
• Must be comfortable working around pressurized systems and hydrocarbons.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
