The PM will develop relations with customers, oversee scheduling, and ensure adherence to procedures, risk management and continuous improvement in refinery cleanup operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years supervisory experience in chemical cleaning.
• Willing to travel frequently and on short notice.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong presentation, leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and reliable decision making.
• Flexible schedule with extended hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and ensure on-time project completion within budget and scope.
• Oversee all project aspects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
• Lead teams with open communication, accountability and safety emphasis.
• Prepare management reports on project status and risks.
• Promote safety and enforce company standards in refinery settings.
• Coordinate with customers to align business needs and objectives.
