Job summary

Essner Manufacturing in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a detail‑oriented Chem Film Operator/Painter Helper to process aerospace product and record quality data. The ideal candidate works independently and follows precise work orders and documented procedures.

The role supports the Paint Team and often requires handling painting materials, rack and hang processes, and accurate documentation. ITAR governs compliance; relocation sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; ITAR applies.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• 1 year of painting experience preferred.
• ERP/MRP experience with Epicor preferred.
• Experience painting aerospace fabrication is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow engineering work order directions, processing times, and logs.
• Rack and hang parts for processing.
• Prepare painting materials and product for paint applications.
• Layout or hang parts for painters, maintain organized work center.
• Complete required documentation to quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement for the department.
