Job summary

Essner Manufacturing LP in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an entry-level Chem Film Operator/Painter Helper to process aerospace components and maintain accurate quality records. This role requires minimal supervision and a focus on producing high-quality work.

Responsibilities include following engineering work orders, preparing materials, hanging parts for painting, documenting in quality systems, and supporting continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; ITAR compliance; no visa sponsorship.
• At least 1 year of painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow Engineering work order directions (processing times, sequence, paperwork, and logs).
• Rack and hang parts for processing.
• Keep an organized work center.
• Prepare painting materials and product for paint applications.
• Layout or hang parts for Painters.
• Complete required documentation in-line with quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities for the department.
• Maintain accurate Work Center Dispatch List.
• Other ad hoc opportunities to support business objectives as required.

Reports to

Paint Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Engineering work order directions (Processing times, sequence, paperwork, and logs)

Basic Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• One (1) year of experience painting

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP/ MRP experience w/ Epicor
• Experience working in chemical conversion or painting fabrications for Aerospace
• Five (5) years of experience
