Job summary

Essner Manufacturing in Ft. Worth, TX is hiring an Aerospace Painter with at least 2 years' experience to process aerospace products and maintain quality records. You will follow detailed work orders, prepare parts for primer and paint, and keep logs. The role requires working independently with strict adherence to ITAR and safety guidelines.

Experience with HVLP spray equipment and various coatings is required; ERP/Epicor experience is a plus. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum work experience painting in an Aerospace environment.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• US work authorization; ITAR compliance applies.
• Ability to spray primer/topcoats at low pressure.

Responsibilities

• Follow engineering work order directions (processing times, sequence, paperwork, logs).
• Prepare parts for primer/paint application using tables or racks.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Complete required documentation in-line with quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement activities for the department.
• Maintain accurate Work Center Dispatch List.
• Other ad hoc opportunities to support business objectives as required.
