Qualifications
- Proven culinary experience in leadership roles (Chef/Executive/Sous).
- Passion for hospitality and serving older adults.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience in senior living or healthcare, hospitality, or similar settings.
- Ability to create diverse menus for special diets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in leading daily preparation and service of meals.
- Develop appealing menus balancing nutrition, variety, seasonal ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health regulations.
- Supervise and coach culinary team members.
- Assist with food ordering, inventory, and cost controls.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and leadership.
- Support events and celebrations with culinary offerings.
