The Chef Manager will drive food quality, safety, and presentation while managing staff and coordinating with contract services and vendors in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Experience in menu development and cost controls.
• Inventory management and purchasing knowledge with control.
• Focus on sourcing local food products and sustainability.
• P&L accountability in contract foodservice is desirable.
