Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full culinary operation including inventory, purchasing, and receiving.
• Oversee cost controls, menu development, and sourcing with local products focus.
• Maintain P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• Ensure high standards of sanitation and presentation.
