Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality in Chelmsford, MA seeks a hands-on Chef Manager to lead culinary operations for corporate dining. You will oversee menu development, food production, and presentation while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role reports to the Regional Vice President and requires strong leadership, payroll oversight, and vendor relationships, with a focus on exceeding client expectations and maintaining budget controls.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate dining management is required.
• ServSafe Certification is required.
• Allergen Awareness Certification is required.
• Culinary school certification or degree is preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute culinary results to exceed customer expectations.
• Oversee and manage culinary and financial operations to meet service, production and presentation standards.
• Lead hourly staff and ensure high-quality customer service and food presentation.
• Maintain vendor relationships and inventory management to ensure timely service.
