Job summary

Market of Choice is hiring full-time production workers for our Central Kitchen in Oregon. Entry-level positions start at $16.10/hour and can go up to $21.00/hour with growth opportunities. We provide on-site training and support a diverse team focused on quality food.

Responsibilities include producing items for hot and cold cases, labeling properly, managing inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards. Health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match are offered.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18+ years old.
• Able to follow standard recipes and food safety programs.
• On-site training provided; previous work experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with team lead to ensure timing of orders and production schedules.
• Produce sandwiches, salads, soups, and dips for hot and cold cases.
• Package and label products for delivery.
• Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products.
• Train new kitchen workers and assistants.
• Maintain quality and monitor potential allergens.
• Uphold health and safety sanitation requirements.
