The Social Hub in the United States is seeking a Chef de Partie to run your own kitchen section, from prep to service, delivering dishes that delight guests with perfect taste, temperature and plating. You will guide and support Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters, maintain mise-en-place, stock control and hygiene, while collaborating with a tight-knit team to sustain high standards during busy services.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready for the next step.
• Ability to run your own section during busy services.
• Love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pace.
• Basic digital literacy for kitchen tools like recipe platforms or HACCP logs.

Responsabilités

• Run your own kitchen section during prep and service.
• Cook and plate dishes to standards in taste, temperature and presentation.
• Prep daily mise-en-place and keep station spotless and organized.
• Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service.
• Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady.
• Manage stock in your section, rotate products and cut down waste.
• Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks.
• Bring your A-game for special events, menus and seasonal updates.
