South Seas is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at a premier resort on Captiva Island, FL. You will oversee an assigned station, prepare high-quality dishes to standard, and support the leadership team in a fast-paced environment.

We value professional culinary experience, strong teamwork, and knowledge of food safety. The role requires flexibility for days/evenings/weekends with opportunities for growth within Pyramid Global Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous professional culinary experience required.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Lead Cook preferred.
• Resort/hotel/high-volume restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items per recipes and standards.
• Own an assigned kitchen station and ensure setup for service.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and proper rotation.
• Assist with training and guide other kitchen staff.
• Follow FIFO, label, date, and waste-reduction practices.
