Job summary

Aba Dallas, opening late 2026 in the Design District, is recruiting a Chef de Cuisine. The role requires strong leadership to direct BOH operations, mentor teams, and manage a dynamic kitchen in a full-service format within Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants.

Salary range $70,000–$90,000 per year with a robust benefits package, including insurance, 401(k), and restaurant discounts. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dallas, TX.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Chef de Cuisine experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the opening shift process including food orders, inventory and price updates.
• Oversee BOH operations: food prep, cooking, inventory, and staff supervision.
• Guide hourly and management teams, upholding our Culture of Caring.
• Track food costs and purchase food and supplies daily.
• Collaborate with GM/chefs to create prep lists and assign duties.
• Conduct regular line checks to ensure item quality.
• Maintain recipe books and communicate with FOH/BOH.
