Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations and food cost control.
• Lead hourly and management teams.
• Develop seasonal menus with divisional leaders.
• Conduct BOH training with chefs.
• Audit BOH procedures and SOPs quarterly.
• Coordinate purchasing with designated chefs.
• Maintain recipe books and costing with chefs.
• Hire and develop BOH staff and promote teamwork.
• Handle guest, vendor and employee challenges with tact.
