Hai Hospitality is seeking a Chef de Cuisine for its Loro concept, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar, to lead the kitchen with collaboration, passion, and humility while driving culinary excellence in a high-volume setting.

You’ll guide Sous Chefs, monitor KPI’s, and oversee operations, financials, and staff development as part of a growing team with internal advancement. Salary ranges $80K-$90K annually with bonus potential.

• Strong financial acumen and ability to oversight costs and KPI’s.
