Hai Hospitality and LORO, an Asian Smokehouse & Bar, seeks a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef for our Houston Heights location. You will provide guidance and leadership to cooks and kitchen staff, and work to monitor unit KPI’s while elevating the dining program.
