AC Hotel & Element Phoenix Norterra, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a dynamic Chef de Cuisine / Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations across our dual-branded Marriott property in Phoenix. You will manage daily kitchen operations, food quality, team development, cost controls, and banquet execution while delivering memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of progressive culinary leadership experience.
• Experience as Chef de Cuisine or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong banquet and catering experience.
• Experience managing food and labor costs.
• Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations for breakfast, service, catering, and events.
• Develop seasonal menus and banquet offerings that align with brand standards.
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, taste, and portion control.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop culinary staff.
• Manage food and labor costs and monitor waste.
• Ensure safety, health, and compliance across the kitchen.
