Job summary

Park Gardens Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Cook/Chef for part-time hours in Fergus Falls, MN. Shifts run 10am–5:30pm with every other weekend included. Wage ranges from $17.50 to $22.50 per hour.

You will prepare and serve meals per prescribed diets, maintain safety standards, and support menu accuracy in a supportive senior living environment. Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma, prior senior living experience, and strong communication with

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.
• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
• Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and meals in accordance with planned menus, diet plans, recipes, portions, and temperature control procedures.
• Direct and assist in cleaning and sanitizing work areas, equipment and floors, dishes, and utensils.
• Check all trays for menu and diet requirements and preference and accuracy.
• Ensure proper storage for food and supplies.
• Review and process diet changes and ensure menus are maintained and followed in accordance with established procedures.

Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Cook/Chef to join our growing team!

Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Our team is creative, fun, and most of all help our residents Age Magnificently, join our team today!

Shifts: Part Time (10am-5:30pm), every other weekend included.
Wage: $17.50-$22.50
