The Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic freelance Chef/Baker to help us develop and lead a new range of virtual cooking and baking experiences. As part of this role, you will:

• Collaborate with our team to design and develop engaging virtual experiences, such as pasta making, chocolate bar crafting, pizza creation, churros making, cupcake decorating, gingerbread house assembly, donut making, and more.
• Create detailed scripts and recipes for the kits that will be sent to attendees.
• Host and facilitate interactive virtual cooking and baking events.
• Train and support new hosts for these experiences.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Be a professional freelance chef/baker or a highly proficient amateur with a passion for culinary arts.
• Be a confident performer—this role may also suit actors or presenters with culinary skills.
• Have experience hosting virtual events (preferred) or teaching in-person classes.
• Have access to a fully equipped kitchen suitable for delivering virtual events.

Compensation & Hours

• Development Phase (First 2 Months): Approximately 40 hours per month at $30/£23 per hour.
• Ongoing Development: Around 10 hours per month for ongoing recipe and script updates at $30/£23 per hour.
• Virtual Events: 4-10 events per month (seasonal demand), each paid at $135/£100 per event (60-90 minutes).
• Events are almost exclusively conducted Monday through Friday.
