Required skills/qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in AI
• Experience working with AI in Healthcare
• English fluency is a MUST
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Experience hosting webinars or presentations

Technical competence:

• Data Engineering & Pipelines: Building pipelines for real-time or batch extraction, transformation, and validation using ETL/ELT tools, Spark, Airflow, or healthcare-specific pipeline tools.
• Applied Machine Learning & NLP in Healthcare
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Public speaking
• Student-oriented mindset
• Flexibility for part-time, independent contractor role

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities include:

• Hosting virtual 1-2 hour Tech talks on AI for Healthcare Quality Measurement & Automation, focusing on how AI enhances quality metric extraction, validation, and reporting for programs like QPP and MIPS.
• Conducting group Q&A sessions

Technical Deep-Dive Session:

• Mentors prepare slides reviewing content, share use-cases, and hold Q&A sessions for concept deep-dives.

Group Q&A Session:

• Hosting office hours/Q&A sessions to answer learner questions, typically following Tech talks. No prep needed.
