Our Independent Contractors must be experts at facilitating professional learning sessions and have extensive and evident successful experience in coachingeducational professionals. Independent contract work is on an as needed basis and is compensated based on agreed engagements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual and on-site professional learning sessions for teachers/leaders.
• Facilitate virtual and on-site instructional and leadership coaching to K-12 educators.
• Utilize strategies and tools specific to the Instructional Empowerment models and products.
• Complete pre/post engagement documentation related to the implementation.
• Become an expert on IE products and research through demonstration of competency.
• Act as an advocate for the IE model of instruction through networking opportunities.

Required Experience:

• Three (3) years’ experience as a K-12 school principal.
• Expert professional learning facilitator.
• Experience in adult coaching and adult learning theory.
• Proven ability to learn and integrate technology tools to improve outcomes.
• Experience as a central office leader (preferred)

Independent Contract is a 1099 position and as such does not offer benefits.
