Northrop & Johnson seeks an experienced Chef for a private 40m+ motor yacht in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will independently manage the galley, deliver high-quality, varied cuisine with Mediterranean/Italian/French/Asian influences, and comfortably handle casual to formal guest dining.

Requirements include B1/B2 visa or US passport, STCW, ENG1, and a preferred culinary degree. Salary ranges from $8,500 to $10,000 DOE, with generous leave and benefits.

They should be equally comfortable preparing casual family meals, healthy food, BBQs, entertaining, and more sophisticated guest dining when required. A genuine interest in exploring and incorporating the regional flavours of the areas we are cruising would be a strong asset.Personality and fit are extremely important to us.
