Job summary

Ultipro in Antigo, WI is seeking a Table Operator to run the drain table and fines saver during the cheese-making process on a 2nd shift, 12-hour rotating schedule. You will monitor curd pH and moisture, transfer curd to the hoop filling machine, and follow HACCP and GMP policies while maintaining data in the production system.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) and 2–3 years in food manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing is desirable.
• Knowledge of operator interfaces to operate automated equipment.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to read, write or comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, cleaning procedures, safety instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Operates drain table and fines saver during cheese making.
• Monitors cheese curd pH and moisture.
• Transfers curd to hoop filling machine and weighs salt by hand.
• Performs pre-operational checks and reports maintenance issues.
• Ensures HACCP and GMP compliance and data entry into the system.
