Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitizing of cheese production equipment, tools, and surfaces according to protocols.
• Clean and sanitize conveyors, cutters, molds, tables, and utensils.
• Disassemble machinery for deep cleaning and reassemble according to SOPs.
• Apply and monitor proper chemical concentrations following SDS guidelines.
• Support allergen and cross contamination prevention procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, including chemicals used.
• Follow lockout/tagout and PPE requirements at all times.
• Identify and report sanitation issues to supervisors.
• Complete pre-operational and post-operational sanitations tasks
