Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math experience required.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Must follow safety, GMP and HACCP programs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor curd pH levels and ingredients.
• Assist CIP on tables and clean equipment.
• Relieve operator and aid mold changes as needed.
• Submit samples for lab testing and maintain 5S standards.
• Adhere to DFA GMP policies and health/safety requirements.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
