Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Deli/Bakery Customer Service Associate to deliver exceptional service, maintain a safe shopping environment, and assist the department manager in achieving sales goals. Responsabilidades

• Gain and maintain knowledge of products sold within the department and respond to questions.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover new items.
• Inform customers of Cheese Shop specials.
• Provide customers with fresh products and accurate portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Measure, prepare and mix ingredients according to recipe using kitchen utensils.
• Adequately prepare, package, label and inventory ingredients.
• Check product quality to ensure freshness and review sell-by dates.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report ordering/shipping discrepancies to the department manager.
• Understand store layout and locate products for customers.
• Stay current with present, future, seasonal ads.
• Maintain awareness of inventory/stocking conditions; note discrepancies.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers; maintain logs.
• Reinforce safety programs and report unsafe conditions to management.
• Inspect equipment and notify management of repairs needed.
• Notify management of customer or employee accidents.
• Report safety risks or illegal activity to store management.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced and stressful environments.
• Manage conflict calmly and professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek help to resolve issues.
• Provide support with minors, people with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
