• Gain and maintain knowledge of products in the department and respond to questions.
• Offer product samples to help customers discover items.
• Inform customers of Cheese Shop specials.
• Provide fresh products and correct portion sizes to prevent shrink.
• Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients using kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Ensure proper temperatures and maintain temperature logs.
• Report safety risks or issues to store management.
• Assist with safety procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Support the department managers to meet sales and quality goals.
