Responsibilities

• Assist in ordering and merchandising to maximize sales.
• Identify high-priority activities and communicate expectations.
• Delegate responsibilities to Partners and provide guidance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regs for freshness, safety, refrigeration, sanitation.
• Maintain inventory control, shrink, and safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and operate in a fast-paced environment.
