Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring for a Food Production - General Labor position in Weyauwega, WI. This hands-on role supports cheese production and packaging in a fast-paced facility, requiring reliability and strong work ethic.

Shifts run 3am-3pm and 3pm-3am with a $1.50 per hour night differential for hours between 7pm-7am. Responsibilities include line operations, sanitation tasks, and accurate documentation. Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in food production or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Must be reliable with good attendance.
• Comfortable with physical work (standing, walking, lifting).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations on the cheese line.
• Package finished product and handle materials through the process.
• Operate and assist with equipment as needed.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, SOPs and safety standards.
• Perform CIP and general sanitation duties.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production documentation and checklists accurately.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly.
• Assist in other areas as needed to meet goals.
