Emmi Roth, a leader in specialty cheese, is seeking a Packaging Team Member to support production in our Wisconsin facility. You will load packaging materials, operate packaging equipment, monitor lines, and help ensure product quality and accurate labeling.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to work overtime as needed. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting and standing for long periods and be committed to a clean, safe production

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging machinery preferred but not required.
• Ability to safely operate electric pallet jacks.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
• Physical stamina for lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Willingness to work overtime or extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment in cheese production to ensure smooth operation.
• Collaborate with production team to maintain efficient workflow and meet targets.
• Load packaging materials and raw materials into equipment.
• Move products and materials using pallet jacks and other equipment.
• Ensure ingredients and materials are ready for production.
• Monitor production lines for smooth operation and quality control.
• Perform quality checks and document results.
