Job summary

Emmi Roth is seeking a Packaging Team Member to support production in a food manufacturing setting. You will load packaging materials, operate equipment, and help maintain product quality and labeling accuracy.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced cheese production environment. Candidates should be able to lift and move materials and collaborate with the production team to meet output goals.

Qualifications

• Experience operating packaging machinery in a manufacturing or food processing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
• Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operation of machinery and equipment used in cheese conversion or food manufacturing to ensure smooth production.
• Load packaging and raw materials into equipment and ensure efficient workflow to meet targets.
• Move products and materials within the facility using appropriate equipment.
• Conduct regular quality checks and complete quality documentation to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Package finished cheese products, ensuring correct labeling and adherence to packaging guidelines.
